The ‘WorkINC’ project aims to improve the inclusion of VET trainees in SMEs by making the experience responsive to expectations and by trying to prevent exclusion and marginalization issues through the development of tools to measure the degree of inclusion of VET trainees in SMEs, the design of a course aimed at training a worker already working in SMEs and the deployment of technology products to support the target groups.

The project aims to realize three innovative products (Workinc Index, Training for inclusion officer, WORKINC Work Inclusion Platform) which are closely interrelated. The transfer of these to the target group will bring results in terms of improved inclusion of VET trainees in SMEs, increased awareness in the choice of company, increased SMEs in inclusion policies, increased skills and knowledge for SME workers.
